Information We Collect

Personal Information provided directly.

We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, video records from our security cameras, and other information you voluntarily provide to us when you engage in Activities. We may also collect information when you communicate with us via phone or email, register or attend a Flexential event, participate in surveys or promotions, or subscribe to our newsletters.

Where permissible, we may also collect personal information about prospective customers from business directory services, trade show organizers, and similar companies.

If you visit our offices or data centers, we will collect personal information from and about you as permitted by applicable law. To gain access to our data centers, we will also collect biometric information from you. For example, you will be asked to present us with a valid Government ID; a photo may be taken of you; we may record your images using CCTV or video surveillance systems, and we will log your name in our records.

Information that is automatically collected.

We, and our service providers, may collect certain information about you when you use our websites, or when you interact with Flexential content or promotions through 3rd party partners through logging and analytics tools, cookies and similar technologies. More information about cookies and similar technologies can be found in our Cookie Notice. Such information may include your IP address, device data, and online activity data such as: your operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, unique identifiers, the website that referred you to our website, and general location information. Flexential may collect data from third party sources, including our service providers, marketing partners, your interactions with us on social media, through events not hosted by Flexential, database providers or other public sources.

If you share personal information that is not your own, you warrant you have the right to provide such information. You, or the business you represent, accept full responsibility for any liability arising out of our use of such personal information.

Aggregated and Anonymized Data

We may aggregate and anonymize your personal information to create statistical or demographic data. This aggregated information does not personally identify you and may be used for any lawful purpose.

While most of our offices and data centers are in the United States, we may use service providers that operate in other countries. Children

The Website and the Activities are not intended for use by children under 16 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16.
